What OC Club collects

OC Club stores account identity, business objectives, tasks, messages, documents, operating records, connector status, and settings needed to provide the service. When you connect a third-party service, OC Club stores encrypted access credentials and retrieves only the data required for the features you choose to use.

How information is used

Information is used to operate your private workspace, execute authorized tasks, produce reports, monitor connected services, maintain security, and improve product reliability. OC Club does not sell personal information or use connected-service data for advertising.

Google user data

When you connect Gmail, OC Club may read recent messages needed for inbox triage and create drafts or send messages only when you direct or authorize the service to do so. When you connect Google Calendar, OC Club reads upcoming calendar events to support scheduling, preparation, and follow-up. OC Club does not transfer Google user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or third parties except service providers acting on our behalf to operate and secure OC Club, when required by law, or as part of a transaction you explicitly request.

OC Club's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Connected services

Google, Stripe, social networks, and other integrations remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You may disconnect a service from the workspace at any time. Disconnecting removes OC Club's stored access and refresh credentials. It does not delete information stored by the third-party provider.

Isolation and security

Workspace state, connector credentials, browser sessions, sales data, commerce data, and policy records are separated by user identity. Connector credentials are encrypted at rest and access is limited to the service functions that need them. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

Account and workspace data is retained while your account is active or as needed for security and legal obligations. You can export or delete your account from the account workspace. Deleting an account removes its workspace data and stored connector credentials, subject to limited backups or records retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or security obligations. You can also request deletion using the contact below.
