Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the OC Club private-alpha service.

Private-alpha service

OC Club is experimental software provided to invited users for evaluation. Features may change, fail, or be removed. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and business decisions.

Your authority and accounts

You may connect only accounts and data you are authorized to use. You are responsible for third-party platform terms, required disclosures, permissions, and the accuracy of information supplied to OC Club.

Automated actions

OC Club can prepare or execute actions within configured policies. You are responsible for approval settings, budgets, recipients, connected services, and monitoring results. Identity verification, legal commitments, banking, tax submissions, and other sensitive actions remain owner-controlled.

Prohibited use

You may not use OC Club to violate law, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, security controls, or contractual duties; impersonate others; distribute malware; or misrepresent automated activity.

No guarantees

The service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, revenue, business outcomes, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
